The Coolio Fanpage is an UNOFFICIAL website, which means:

I don't get paid to maintain this site.

I have no direct connection to Coolio himself or his record company Tommy Boy Music, Inc .
However, Tommy Boy knows that this site exists, and have also been kind enough to co-sponsor a contest that was held Dec96 - Jan 97. Also Tommy Boy occasionally deliver official news.

The Coolio Fanpage was born on November 23rd 1995. The present website that you are at now was launched on January 19th 1996.

this one goes to this site too, but is a little easier to remember and will always point to The Coolio Fanpage even if I would move the website to a different URL.

Why a Coolio Page?

Well, there was no Coolio homepage anywhere when I got started. This page is dedicated to all you Coolio fans out there. It is made by a Coolio fan, for Coolio fans. My aim is to produce the best and biggest Coolio website on the WWW.

It all started when I wanted to find the lyrics of Gangsta's Paradise. When I couldn't find it on the WWW, and belive me it wasn't there, I tried to type it down myself. I managed to do that, and created a small page about Coolio, including some pictures, and the lyrics. I believe I was the first guy who put those lyrics on the WWW. (well, Steve "DJ Flash" Juon maybe had them before me :-) . I went on, and the site just got bigger and bigger... thanks to all my 68 000 visitors (April -97).

May I use that picture or text etc.?
